While I was with Johnson and Johnson, I formed and directed multiple teams responsible for hundreds of successful medical device and medtech launches, resulting in billions in revenue. Most recently I was Senior Director of Innovation at JNJ MedTech in which I led technology scouting, BD, acquisitions, integrations and internal innovation efforts. Innovation never sleeps, and patients are waiting for our innovations, so speed to market is what fuels me and my teams.
